We provide a fundraising flyer that you can hand out or email to promote your fundraiser. This downloadable PDF includes a place to input your custom Promo Code.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 2: REGISTER
Fill out the form below to get your organization registered to start your Fundraiser.
STEP 3: PROMOTE
Once you're in our system, we'll send you a promotional material with your unique promo code to start raising awareness.
STEP 4: RAISE FUNDS
Once your community, friends & family use your promo code, you will start to raise funds for your organization.

Fundraiser: ESCAPE ROOM GAMES
Fundraisor Duration: Monthly
This fundraising opportunity is for our escape rooms. We will supply you with a special promo code to give to friends, family and coworkers to purchase tickets online. They will get a small discount when they use the code and your organization will get a percentage of the revenue.
Fundraising/Revenue Split:
- Ticket Prices
- General Admission Tickets are $25 online.
- Bookings are for 8 players per game.
- Fundraiser Payout
- If you sell 1-100 tickets you get 30% of sales (Sell 100 Tickets and get up to $1,050)
- If you sell 101-200 tickets you get 35% of sales (Sell 200 Tickets and get up to $2,450)
- If you sell 201+ tickets, you get 40% of sales (Sell 300+ Tickets and get up to $4,200+)
STEP 2: REGISTRATION

STEP 3: PROMOTE
Once you are signed up for the fundraiser, you can send us a logo for your organization and any info you would like added to the promotional material. Once everything is ready we will send you a link to a portal to be able to download everything and start promoting.
Send out info, promote it through social media (we can also help with that), create a buzz for the event. The more you promote it, the more money you can make.
STEP 4: RAISE FUNDS / PAYMENT
At the end of the fundraisor campaign, we total up all the participants and then provide a cashiers check to your organization before the event.
